I founded the quantum i - meditation & gifts to teach meditation and awareness as practical tools for everyday life—not as an escape from it.
My work is grounded in direct experience. I didn’t come to this through a single tradition or belief system, but through a clear shift in perception that changed how I understand attention, identity, and the way we move through the world. From there, the focus became simple: how do you live with that awareness in a way that is stable, useful, and real?
Before teaching, I spent years navigating the same challenges most people face—work, decision-making, relationships, and the constant pressure of a busy mind. What I found is that most people aren’t lacking insight. They’re lacking structure, consistency, and a clear way to apply awareness in daily life.
That’s where my approach comes in.
I focus on helping people build clarity, steady attention, and a more regulated nervous system through simple, repeatable practices. The goal isn’t to create peak experiences. It’s to develop a way of operating that feels more grounded, more precise, and more sustainable over time.
My teaching is direct and practical. I don’t rely on abstract language or spiritual concepts that are hard to apply. Instead, I translate awareness into something you can actually use—in conversations, in your work, and in the way you respond to stress and uncertainty.
At the core of what I offer is this:
When your attention becomes more stable, everything else begins to organize around it.
People I work with often notice improvements in how they think, how they communicate, and how they make decisions. They feel less reactive, more clear, and more capable of handling complexity without becoming overwhelmed.
This isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about becoming more consistent in how you show up.
I currently offer structured meditation programs, private sessions, and ongoing support for those who want to deepen their practice in a way that integrates into real life.
If you’re looking for something grounded, clear, and applicable—you’re in the right place.
